Abstract

¿¬±¸¹æ¹ý: ±¹³»¡¤¿Ü ÀüÀÚµ¥ÀÌÅͺ£À̽º ¹®Çå°Ë»öÀ» ÅëÇØ ¼±Á¤µÈ 2003³âºÎÅÍ 2016³â±îÁöÀÇ ¹®Çå ÃÑ 49Æí¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Ã¼°èÀû ¹®Çå°íÂûÀ» ½Ç½ÃÇÏ¿´°í, ÀÌ Áß Çмú³í¹® ¹× ÇÐÀ§³í¹®À» Æ÷ÇÔÇÑ ÃÑ 44ÆíÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ¸ÞŸºÐ¼®À» ¼öÇàÇÏ¿© ¼¿ÇÁ¸®´õ½Ê °ü·Ãº¯Àο¡ ´ëÇÑ »ó°ü°è¼ö È¿°úÅ©±â¸¦ »êÃâÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á·Ð: º» ¿¬±¸°á°ú¸¦ ÅëÇØ ±¹³» ÀÓ»ó°£È£»çÀÇ ¼¿ÇÁ¸®´õ½ÊÀº ¡®°³ÀÎƯ¼º¡¯°ú ¡®Á÷¹«Æ¯¼º¡¯ º¯ÀαºÀÌ ¡®Á¶Á÷Ư¼º¡¯ º¯À২¡ ºñÇØ °­ÇÑ »ó°ü¼ºÀÌ ÀÖÀ½À» ¾Ë ¼ö ÀÖ¾úÀ¸¸ç, °£È£»çÀÇ ¼¿ÇÁ¸®´õ½Ê Çâ»óÀ» À§Çؼ­´Â ƯÈ÷ ÀÚ±âÈ¿´É°¨ ÁõÁø¿¡ ÃÊÁ¡À» ¸ÂÃá ÁßÀç ¹× ÈÆ·Ã ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ °³¹ßÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÔÀ» Á¦¾ÈÇÏ´Â ¹ÙÀÌ´Ù.

Purpose: In this study a systematic review and meta-analysis was used to examine the variables related toself-leadership in Korean clinical nurses.

Methods: A search and screening of the literature uncovered, 49 relatedstudies done between 2003 and 2016 were then reviewed. A meta-analysis of 44 studies from doctoral dissertations,master¡¯s thesis and published articles was also carried out. The correlational effect size (ESr) for each relatedvariable was calculated.

Results: Sixty-nine related variables were identified from the systematic review. Twentythree(5 personal, 13 professional and 5 organizational) variables were eligible for meta-analysis. The overall effectsize was .47. The personal factors (ESr=.48) and the professional factors (ESr=.44) had larger effect size than theorganizational factors (ESr=.28). Factors with the largest effect size among personal, professional and organizationalfactors were self-efficacy (ESr=.58), nursing service (ESr=.68) and supervisor¡¯s leadership (ESr=.36) respectively.

Conclusion: The results of this study show that for Korean clinical nurses individual factors including personalor professional factors have a stronger impact on self-leadership than organizational factors. It is necessary todevelop interventions and training programs which focus on improving self-efficacy to promote self-leadership inclinical nurses.
